Manager, Telemedicine Operations

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of registered nurses and other clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Own scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic
• Serve as the operational owner of Carrot's EMR, including configuration and upkeep of clinical content
• Manage the relationship with external provider staffing vendors
• Support the development and organization of clinical protocols, SOPs, and policies
• Track and report on operational KPIs such as visit volume, wait times, and SLA compliance

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license and a bachelor's degree
• 2+ years managing registered nurses or other healthcare professionals
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare or clinical operations
• Hands-on experience working in and configuring an EMR/EHR
• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care operations
• Ability to manage multiple clinical and operational workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state or compact RN license
• Experience managing external staffing vendors or agency networks
• Experience in reproductive or hormonal health
• Experience building quality assurance programs in a clinical setting
