About the Company

At Cala, we're working to free people from the burden of chronic disease. We began by creating the first non-invasive prescription therapy for hand tremor. Our pioneering technology can be applied across neurology, cardiology, and so much more.

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person training programs combining clinical expertise with sales methodologies
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires and provide continuous development for tenured staff
  • Conduct field ride-alongs for real-time coaching and clinical observation
  • Develop clinical training for healthcare providers to drive technology adoption
  • Partner with Marketing to support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in peer-to-peer educational initiatives
  • Build training workflows for seamless integration of wearable technology into clinical practice
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure clinically accurate and strategic training content
  • Manage documentation to meet compliance standards and track performance through KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven experience interacting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Experience in developing or facilitating external medical education or KOL management
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate clinical and technical information into actionable training
  • Strong clinical acumen to present scientific data to medical audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
  • Must reside within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or clinical credential
  • Experience in neurology, movement disorders, or wearable technology
  • Experience in Sales Training, Clinical Education, or Instructional Design
  • Prior experience in field sales leadership or formal mentorship
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital CRM platforms
  • Specialized certification in sales methodologies or Adult Education
