Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own team-level GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across the Velocity book
  • Drive consistent attainment through weekly deal reviews and accurate pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain scalable playbooks for the Velocity segment, including outreach cadences and renewal workflows
  • Lead adoption of AI and automation tools to scale rep output and reduce manual work
  • Lead structured weekly 1:1s focused on deal review, skill development, and accountability
  • Coach reps through specific deal situations and model high-quality engagement on customer calls
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and ramping new Velocity AMs

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of quota-carrying experience in account management or sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • 1-2 years in a team lead or management capacity
  • Experience managing a team carrying NRR, GRR, or expansion quota
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or a comparable CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience using data and cohort-level analysis to drive strategic decisions
  • Proven ability to build or improve account management playbooks and operational workflows
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency or output

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services
  • Familiarity with RIAs or broker-dealers
