Manager/Director of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis, including variance and trend explanation
• Lead the annual budgeting and interim forecasting processes for clinical labor, revenue, and expenses
• Oversee data analytics to provide real-time financial and operational insights
• Develop and manage core reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel and SQL
• Partner with the CFO to establish financial foundations for rapid growth
• Supervise and mentor data analysts and support financial education for operational leaders
• Create high-impact visualizations and KPI reporting for senior leadership
• Support revenue cycle analytics, including reimbursement rate and visit metric tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Background in FP&A, internal consulting, or analytics management
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably provider services
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-12 years of total work experience, including financial services (consulting, investment banking, etc.)
• Experience in a private equity portfolio company or startup environment
• Exposure to M&A, debt financing, and organic expansion
• Working knowledge of SQL and report writing
• Familiarity with revenue recognition and healthcare billing practices
