Managerial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain accounting records for multiple entities
• Perform crypto and fiat reconciliations, ensuring ledger accuracy
• Monitor inventory and intangible assets (including crypto); manage depreciation/amortization
• Post double-entry transactions: bank statements, AP/AR, accruals, asset amortization
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing (BS, P&L) and preparation of financial statements
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and maintain accounting software across entities (QuickBooks/Xero or other)
• Drive automation initiatives for recurring accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience
• IFRS knowledge
• QuickBooks/Xero
• Crypto accounting
• Financial reporting
• Audit experience
• Multi-entity accounting
• Month-end close
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Advanced Excel
• ACCA/CPA preferred
• Tax multi-jurisdictions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA)
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or holding structures
• Hands-on experience with blockchain or crypto accounting tools
• Familiarity with tax and regulatory frameworks across EU, UK, UAE, and BVI
• Experience implementing accounting automation and tooling
