Job description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, including health plans and benefits consultants
- Develop partnership strategies, establish goals, and drive accountability for performance
- Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities generated through partner channels
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and close strategic enterprise opportunities
- Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership
- Lead regular business reviews and performance reporting
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical teams to execute initiatives
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, or benefits consultants
- Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to engage with executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to use data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
