Job description
Responsibilities
- Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs
- Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and other cross-functional teams to structure and review partnership agreements
- Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes and other knowledge resources around partnership deals
- Serve as an additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders
- Bring a solutions-focused mindset to every negotiation to minimize roadblocks
Requirements
- Experience with partnership, embedded, reseller, or channel agreements
- Expertise in supporting commercial transactions and enterprise-level SaaS agreements
- Solid commercial drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR Tech industry experience
- Familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements
- Background in U.S. data protection laws
