Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-velocity, audience-based sales team driving multi-market, regional revenue growth
- Build a disciplined, package-first sales culture to drive multi-product adoption and increase ACV
- Develop hunters who sell audience solutions at scale
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Partner cross-functionally with Industry Solutions, Brand Studio, and events teams
- Suggest AI workflows to improve revenue generation and Client Partner effectiveness
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the digital media industry
- Experience leading distributed, high-velocity sales teams at scale
- Multi-market sales experience with understanding of regional budget variations
- Experience in consultative selling and reframing client funnel gaps
- In-depth knowledge of digital media, online marketing technology, and the competitive landscape
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting rigor
- Willingness to travel and attend evening social events
