Responsibilities
- Launch and lead a new specialist tech recruitment division within MaxAccelerate.
- Develop and execute business strategy for contract and permanent tech recruitment.
- Build and manage high-performing 360 recruitment teams.
- Design and embed operational processes and recruitment frameworks from scratch.
- Explore and expand into high-demand tech markets such as AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering, or other emerging specialisms.
- Drive client acquisition, candidate engagement, and internal hiring strategies.
- Take full ownership of growth, P&L, and performance metrics with an entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in tech recruitment (contract and/or permanent placements).
- Proven ability to build and scale 360° recruitment teams from scratch.
- Strong understanding of 360/full-desk recruitment models.
- Experience designing and implementing recruitment processes, systems, and KPIs.
- Track record of success in client acquisition, candidate delivery, and revenue growth.
- Previous experience in a boutique, specialist recruitment agency (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, software, or cloud-focused firms).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to launch and grow a new division.
- Commercial acumen in managing P&L and business development strategy.
- Ability to identify and expand into new verticals or tech practices (e.g., AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high autonomy and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a boutique, tech-focused recruitment agency.
- Knowledge of niche tech markets and vertical talent solutions (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, software development).
- Proven ability to build recruitment processes and frameworks from the ground up.
