Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
- Source and qualify Mandarin-speaking buyers, sellers and tenants through networking and outreach
- Conduct property viewings, inspections and market tours
- Prepare market analysis, property valuations and tailored proposals
- Negotiate terms, close transactions and manage post-sale follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with marketing, photography and digital teams for listings
- Attend training sessions and maintain up-to-date market knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year real estate or finance experience
- Proven sales background and track record
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent client consulting and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools and social media
- Knowledge of UAE property market practices
- UAE driving license preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- RERA certification or property management qualification
- Prior experience selling in Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Arabic language skills advantageous
- Experience with high-value or luxury property sales
