Mantle Squad Member

Responsibilities

• Represent Mantle as a community ambassador across global Web3 ecosystems
• Build and actively engage local and online communities, including builders, students, and early-stage founders
• Drive awareness and adoption of Mantle’s RWA & AI ecosystem
• Support, co-host, and participate in meetups, panels, and industry events
• Localize and adapt content for different cultural and regional audiences
• Distribute ecosystem updates and campaigns across Discord, Telegram, and X
• Provide structured feedback regarding community sentiment to the core Mantle team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, community, or ecosystem roles
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, crypto culture, and community-driven growth models
• Proven ability to engage, grow, and activate both online and offline communities
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with community platforms including Discord, Telegram, and X
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a distributed team
