Marine Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements and subcontractor arrangements.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams during tendering, execution and close-out phases.
• Lead contract change management, claims resolution and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations and milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure consistent application of PXGEO contracting standards.
• Collaborate with offshore operations to align contractual terms with operational realities and vessel mobilization/demobilization planning.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, flag state requirements and port authorities.
• Manage contracts related to crew, equipment rental, bunkering and marine logistics.
• Oversee contractual HSE requirements, emergency response protocols and operational risk mitigation.
• Liaise with legal counsel, procurement and commercial teams; act as client/partner point of contact for contractual matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 7+ years

• FIDIC/BIMCO
• Offshore projects
• Contract software
• Analytical skills
