Job description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects
- Develop survey questionnaires and implement advanced logic, piping, and branching
- Program surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Decipher
- Clean, validate, and prepare survey datasets for analysis
- Develop and maintain crosstab reports
- Execute analysis plans using descriptive statistics and quantitative methods
- Create research reports, presentations, and data visualizations
- Manage execution timelines across multiple research projects
- Partner with stakeholders to refine study objectives and methodologies
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or analytics
- Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires
- Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar
- Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, and randomization
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data cleaning
- Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets
- Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in market research or marketing analytics
- Experience with segmentation, regression, and data weighting
- Background in advertiser, marketing, technology, or digital product research
- Demonstrated expertise using SPSS or R
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating analytical capabilities
