Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects
  • Develop survey questionnaires and implement advanced logic, piping, and branching
  • Program surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Decipher
  • Clean, validate, and prepare survey datasets for analysis
  • Develop and maintain crosstab reports
  • Execute analysis plans using descriptive statistics and quantitative methods
  • Create research reports, presentations, and data visualizations
  • Manage execution timelines across multiple research projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine study objectives and methodologies

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or analytics
  • Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires
  • Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar
  • Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, and randomization
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data cleaning
  • Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets
  • Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in market research or marketing analytics
  • Experience with segmentation, regression, and data weighting
  • Background in advertiser, marketing, technology, or digital product research
  • Demonstrated expertise using SPSS or R
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating analytical capabilities
