Marketing AI & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across marketing and cross-functional teams
• Build deployment plans, manage projects, and define success metrics for AI initiatives
• Manage multi-touch attribution using Bizible/Adobe Marketo Measure
• Create KPI dashboards, monthly reports, and executive analysis using Power BI
• Improve data architecture, hygiene, and identity resolution across the MarTech stack
• Optimize the marketing-to-sales hand-off through measurement and process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing/sales analytics with 3+ years in a fast-growth company
• Proven track record of deploying and measuring AI in a GTM context
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and profiling
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard building and ETL requirements
• Hands-on experience with Bizible / Adobe Marketo Measure and attribution modelling
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing-automation data flows
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with 6sense and Qualified
• Knowledge of marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing
• Experience with statistical modelling, experiment design, and A/B testing
• Experience with B2B marketing for cloud or high-technology products
