Marketing and Communications Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications programs to support business goals
• Write and oversee production of marketing content, case studies, and press releases
• Maintain uniform brand voice and visual identity across all channels
• Manage social media strategy, website updates, and crisis communications
• Build relationships with journalists and manage media outreach
• Lead internal communications, company events, and culture-building initiatives
• Track and measure campaign performance using data insights
• Manage external agencies, designers, and creative vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism
• 7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media and media relations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the renewable energy industry
