Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own BenchPrep's LinkedIn presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance reporting
  • Support demand generation campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and content
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events and sponsorships
  • Author blog posts and support content creation efforts
  • Own and optimize the AI BDR program by monitoring outreach and refining messaging
  • Support inbound and outbound pipeline generation through AI-powered prospecting
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
  • Support the RFP process through coordination and research

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or business development
  • Strong written communication skills for sales and marketing messaging
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms
