Job description
Responsibilities
- Own BenchPrep's LinkedIn presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance reporting
- Support demand generation campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and content
- Support the planning and execution of industry events and sponsorships
- Author blog posts and support content creation efforts
- Own and optimize the AI BDR program by monitoring outreach and refining messaging
- Support inbound and outbound pipeline generation through AI-powered prospecting
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
- Support the RFP process through coordination and research
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or business development
- Strong written communication skills for sales and marketing messaging
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms
