Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the Middle East Marketing Promotional Calendar to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Deliver plans that champion the consumer voice by offering great value to customers
  • Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis
  • Identify improvement areas and opportunities for experimentation through data-driven insights
  • Monitor competitor trends and activity to strengthen marketing plans
  • Work cross-functionally with global and local teams to drive promotional strategy

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret data for consumer-led strategies
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
