Responsibilities

• Own the full HubSpot instance including workflows, contact lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and list management
• Audit the current HubSpot state and build a strategic backlog for the first 90 days
• Ensure reliable lead flow from form submissions through HubSpot into Salesforce with built-in QA
• Partner with demand gen, BDR, and PMM teams on campaign execution and sequencing
• Build enrichment and signal playbooks using tools like Clay to accelerate outreach
• Identify and close gaps in the martech stack by proposing and shipping new automations
• Document integrations and processes to provide operational visibility into pipeline performance

Requirements

• End-to-end HubSpot ownership experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven ability to manage lifecycle stages, workflows, and data architecture
• Experience identifying and resolving data quality and workflow error issues
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, build-phase environments without a dedicated RevOps function
• Demonstrated experience owning at least one end-to-end marketing automation use case from design to measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Clay for data enrichment
• Familiarity with Zapier, Customer.io, or similar automation tools
• Basic Salesforce knowledge to troubleshoot HubSpot-to-SFDC syncs
• Experience building AI-assisted prompt workflows for campaign personalization
