Responsibilities

• Maintain connectivity between HubSpot and Salesforce, including CRM, email, and website tools
• Build reporting to track conversion metrics and performance
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for launches, campaigns, and projects
• Translate marketing needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
• Analyze process and performance data to identify improvements
• Track active marketing projects and timelines to prevent blockers
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical marketing builds

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude to optimize workflows
• High level of organizational skill to manage multiple concurrent projects
