Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing and communications strategy for MENA from Dubai, UAE (hybrid role: 3 days office / 2 days remote).
  • Plan and execute B2B and B2G demand-generation campaigns, product positioning and thought leadership targeted at government, defence and enterprise buyers.
  • Manage regional content development (case studies, whitepapers, presentations, web, social) and Arabic-localised messaging.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activity with regional sales, product and missions teams; support commercial pursuits and RFPs.
  • Oversee events, webinars, and partner engagements across the Middle East, including trade shows and defence forums.
  • Use Salesforce and MarTech stack to build audiences, run automation, measure funnel performance and report ROI.
  • Lead local agency and vendor relationships and manage regional marketing budget.
  • Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional global marketing and regional stakeholders.
