Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of integrated B2B campaigns including email, social, digital ads, and events
  • Partner with content and design teams to traffic creative assets and ensure brand consistency
  • Support campaign setup in marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce
  • Manage campaign calendars, asset libraries, and content repositories
  • Assist with publishing digital assets through CMS or marketing automation tools
  • Perform QA on content, links, and creative assets prior to launch
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates and MQL generation
  • Manage timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Workfront or Asana
  • Maintain marketing databases to ensure data hygiene, segmentation integrity, and regulatory compliance
  • Document processes to improve operational workflows and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content marketing in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and creative assets from concept to launch
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong proofreading and QA capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data-driven metrics
