Marketing Designer Associate - Studio Lead (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design and animation assets for social media, CRM, campaigns, OOH, and internal communications.
• Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Oversee the studio’s creative workflow and lead a team of junior designers, including distributing work and providing feedback.
• Support the creative development of marketing campaigns using graphic design, illustration, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output meets campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Participate actively in creative reviews, contributing ideas and solutions.
• Continuously develop skills in animation, illustration, and art direction to elevate studio deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Motion design and animation skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across deliverables
• Open exclusively to UAE Nationals
• UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) holder
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production
• Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and brand understanding
