Marketing Designer Associate - Studio Lead (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design and animation assets across social, CRM, campaigns, OOH and internal communications.
• Manage multiple briefs and deliverables to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior designers: distribute work, review outputs, provide guidance and feedback.
• Support creative development of marketing campaigns through graphic design, illustration and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute proactive ideas to elevate campaigns.
• Continuously develop skills in animation, illustration and art direction to improve studio output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an in-house creative studio or agency environment.

• Experience designing for social media, CRM, and large format/OOH.
• Basic art direction and illustration skills.
• Tech product experience is a plus.
