Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain a master marketing calendar and build trackers for campaigns and launches. Coordinate asset handoffs between Branding, Content Studio, and Social teams. Manage Instagram DMs/comments and Google reviews in Arabic. Support influencer gifting logistics and track creator deliverables. Assist with on-ground activations and outlet coordination.

Requirements

Arabic is mandatory (reading/writing/speaking). English is required. 2–4 years experience as a Marketing Executive or Coordinator in F&B/hospitality/retail. Strong organization and follow-through skills. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Instagram workflows and Meta Business Suite. Willingness to be on-site for shoots and visit outlets. Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coordinating influencer or UGC campaigns. Experience supporting events or activations. Familiarity with project tools like Wrike, Asana, or Monday. UAE driving license is preferred.
