Marketing & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Northeast Division marketing, business development support, and growth programs
• Facilitate monthly growth meetings and track divisional growth strategies
• Coordinate Go/No-Go workflows and support pursuit planning and proposal development
• Maintain HubSpot data quality and monitor pipeline trends for sales forecasting
• Strategize and manage association memberships, sponsorships, and conference attendance
• Lead planning for client workshops, seminars, and industry visibility initiatives
• Coordinate funding-related communications and research for technical teams
• Support cross-selling initiatives and strategic client planning efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, or growth program management
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, or municipal markets
• Familiarity with organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA
