Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives
• Coordinate the work of the martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch
• Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities
• Optimize workflows, Jira processes, and reduce manual work
• Launch and implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative production teams
• Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess their business impact
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations
• Hands-on experience working with Jira
• Experience coordinating work with software engineers
• Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes
• Systems-thinking mindset and strong ownership
• Proactive attitude and passion for optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI tools
• Experience with Make, Zapier, or Airtable
• Jira Automation experience
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Experience in performance marketing or creative production environments
