Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Assist in managing and posting across platforms such as:
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• TikTok (optional)
• YouTube Shorts (optional)
• Create weekly content schedules and posting plans.
• Support with captions, hashtags, post formatting, and publishing.
• Monitor comments/messages and flag important inquiries.

Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in writing and editing:
• Website copy
• Blog posts
• Social media captions
• Company announcements
• Short newsletters
• Help prepare marketing decks, one-pagers, and presentations.
• Support brand consistency across multiple group companies.

Public Relations (PR) Support

• Help draft press releases and media announcements.
• Research relevant publications, journalists, and media outlets.
• Assist in outreach and PR coordination.
• Track media mentions and compile weekly PR updates.

Research & Competitor Tracking

• Research competitors and market trends.
• Track what leading brands are doing across social platforms.
• Create simple reporting dashboards for engagement and growth.

General Support

• Support ad hoc marketing projects as required.
• Help coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies.

Requirements

• Strong written English (excellent grammar and tone).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and reliable — able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Canva (strong advantage).
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere
