Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals, using performance data to optimize campaigns across platforms
  • Establish and manage efficient social team workflows to support strategic outputs across multiple campaigns
  • Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns for Web3 clients, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Collaborate with creative, growth, and community teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution
  • Engage with influencers and partners in the Web3 space to enhance community engagement
  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, prepare ROI reports, and refine strategies
  • Serve as the main client contact for social media strategy, fostering long-term relationships
  • Create systems for streamlined account management including scheduling, posting, and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in social media management with Web3 projects
  • Proficiency in Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (Farcaster and Lens experience preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Experience working cross-functionally with growth, community, and creative teams
  • Expertise in influencer engagement and community management
  • Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision making
  • Experience with social media analytics and campaign management tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
