Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic marketing support and insight to a portfolio of properties
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to execute effective marketing plans
  • Analyze leasing and marketing performance data to drive decision making
  • Oversee execution of long-term and short-term goals using KPIs and benchmarks
  • Provide leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams
  • Create marketing campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, and social media presence
  • Develop 30-60-90-day marketing action plans for properties not meeting occupancy goals
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time for property visits and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of consumer digital experience and online marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in paid digital media or marketing strategy
  • Experience in Real Estate Property Management
  • Experience with Property Management Software such as Yardi, Onsite, or Entrata
  • Experience with industry-related CRMs like Rent Dynamics or Knock
