Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, evaluate, and optimize new marketing channels to drive lead volume
  • Build and scale marketing channels from zero to meaningful reach, especially outside of paid channels
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate experimentation, and scale campaign execution
  • Develop written content for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Build a library of creative concepts for different buyer personas
  • Improve middle-of-funnel conversion rates through messaging and engagement tactics
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance creative quality and performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, including 1 year in a senior role
  • Strong startup experience in fast-moving environments
  • Heavy user of AI tools for marketing automation and scaling
  • Experience scaling marketing channels from zero to significant reach
  • Experience acquiring small businesses and prosumer customers
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual communication
