Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own organic distribution across social media, podcasts, and review sites
  • Manage end-to-end social media presence including lightweight content production
  • Repackage marketing content to extend reach and earn placements
  • Discover and manage influencers and creators in the church and ministry space
  • Build customer advocacy programs including testimonials and case studies
  • Grow reachable audience through trust and presence rather than paid acquisition
  • Monitor community trends and feed insights to Content and Product teams
  • Pursue podcast appearances and co-marketing opportunities
  • Amplify conference and event content across digital channels

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology
  • Specialized track record in organic, social, brand, community, or advocacy marketing
  • Hands-on experience creating social media content and reporting on performance
  • Strong editorial instincts and short-form copywriting skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and understanding of product-led growth
  • Ability to build and scale programs through relationship management
