Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic brand plans to maximize brand potential at the national level
  • Lead and partner with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain
  • Develop annual brand plans, design marketing activities, and manage budget control
  • Partner with regional and global marketing teams to implement global strategies locally
  • Work closely with the sales team to acquire market insights through field visits
  • Develop short-and long-term financial forecasts and propose national sales targets
  • Drive omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy
  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong project management, process management, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multifunctional, cross-cultural teams
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
  • Ability to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gulf region within a pharmaceutical company
  • Experience with product launches
