Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Grove's lifecycle and trigger ecosystem using Braze canvases, targeting logic, and Liquid personalization
  • Design, execute, and operationalize A/B and multivariate tests across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
  • Build, QA, and deploy campaigns directly in Braze
  • Analyze campaign and trigger performance to translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate CRM with personalization and loyalty infrastructure

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally at a multi-category DTC retailer
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Braze (canvases, campaigns, Liquid logic, segmentation)
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for building and modifying email templates
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing design and measurement
  • Experience with technical integrations involving Shopify, Recharge, or similar platforms
  • AI-native mindset with the ability to use AI tools to accelerate execution
