Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans across key EMEA markets aligned to global strategy
  • Localise global brand campaigns for regional markets to ensure premium positioning
  • Act as the regional brand guardian to ensure consistency in messaging and consumer experience
  • Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to support retail, ecommerce, HORECA, and distributors
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver marketing activities within budget
  • Build campaign calendars and manage project timelines and milestones
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and communicate progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand marketing within FMCG, CPG, beverage, or luxury-adjacent categories
  • Experience executing marketing plans across multiple EMEA markets
  • Ability to translate global brand strategy into local market activity
  • Experience across brand, digital, ecommerce, retail, and events channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong project management and budget management skills
  • Proactive and hands-on working style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food and beverage industry experience
  • Experience in the Dubai, UAE or broader Middle East market
