Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans across key markets
  • Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and suppliers
  • Manage consumer and trade marketing activations, events, and exhibitions that drive ROI and strengthen market presence
  • Oversee agencies, budgets, and marketing performance reports, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable results
  • Partner closely with commercial and distributor teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

  • Marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, Google Ads, email campaigns)
  • Analytical and creative mindset — comfortable with data and strategy alike
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
