Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the brand marketing team, including marketing coordinators and graphic designers
• Turn expert industry thinking into engaging social-first content
• Strategize high-impact social campaigns, newsletters, video, and podcast assets
• Act as the gatekeeper of brand quality for agency and CEO-led channels
• Manage creative production pipelines and content calendars
• Use data and analytics to inform content strategy and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media, content marketing, or brand building
• Experience bringing B2C/lifestyle energy into a B2B environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for creative teams
• Ability to simplify complex technical marketing concepts into engaging stories
• Exceptional creative taste and high standards for design and copy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Immaculate written and spoken communication skills
