Marketing & Promotions Associate - UAE National

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and initiatives for new verticals (grocery & retail), Deliveroo Plus, partnerships and new customer promotions.
• Manage new customer promotion calendar: brief creation, T&Cs, setup, spend tracking and performance analysis.
• Run Deliveroo Plus campaigns in-market; coordinate with central Plus team and monitor competitor activity.
• Manage partner promotions end-to-end, including PO management and adoption analysis.
• Liaise with customer care on promotions and resolve issues arising from campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, CRM, digital media, brand and studio to align campaign plans and creative execution.

Requirements

• UAE Passport & Family Book
• 1-3 years experience
• Fluent Arabic (written & spoken)
• Campaign operations
• Project management
• Data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in retail/grocery or subscription products
• Familiarity with CRM and digital media channels
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
