Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate GoFasti’s brand identity across all channels
• Develop marketing campaigns that support company goals and talent initiatives
• Produce high-quality content for executives and company channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Work with designers to create compelling visuals, carousels, and reels
• Build and maintain the digital presence of company executives through storytelling-driven content
• Plan and optimize marketing funnels including landing pages, email sequences, and webinars
• Leverage AI tools for content production, segmentation, and automation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media management
• Demonstrated success managing brand presence for companies or executives
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience working with designers, creative teams, and external vendors
• Strong understanding of digital channels like LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, and YouTube
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms
• Experience supporting executive personal brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing
• Knowledge of CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or Zapier
• Ability to coordinate photo/video shoots or oversee creative production
• Spanish language proficiency
