Marketing Specialist - Production Design

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the PXGEO corporate brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand standards and visual guidelines across all company touchpoints and business units.
• Manage and develop a centralized library of brand assets, templates, image media, and creative resources.
• Coordinate the production of branded materials, overseeing timelines, approvals, and quality control to ensure compliance with brand specifications.
• Act as primary production support for marketing initiatives, producing physical and digital assets for corporate communications, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand implementation across the company website and other digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, marketing operations, or creative services.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production tools.
• Experience with project management platforms, CMS, or DAM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Strong production and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
