Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the marketing data stack, attribution frameworks, and performance analytics across all channels and business verticals
  • Build and maintain centralized dashboards covering acquisition, retention, CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Develop cohort-based LTV models and define single source of truth metrics across web and app
  • Manage attribution frameworks using MMP tools (Adjust, Appsflyer) and validate tracking implementation with Product and Tech teams
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across paid media, CRM, WhatsApp, push, SMS, and email
  • Identify and eliminate data leakage across the customer journey and measure true incremental ROAS
  • Automate recurring reports and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Track marketing budgets versus spends and coordinate reporting with Finance

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Performance Marketing analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning
  • Working knowledge of MMP tools (Adjust/Appsflyer), CRM platforms, and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Proven experience building attribution models, funnel analysis, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis with examples of improving CAC or ROAS
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguous, messy datasets
  • Business-first thinking approach rather than tool-first mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running incrementality tests, geo-lift, or channel lift experiments
  • Strong SQL knowledge for querying datasets
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI tools for real-time analysis, API-based data extraction, or webhook integrations
  • Experience working across multiple business verticals or emerging markets
