Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) setup, maintenance & automation
  • Manage the marketing funnel tech stack: email nurture, webinar flows, tracking
  • Solve tech issues and prevent future problems through thoughtful systems
  • Automate reporting, clean data across platforms, and build visual dashboards
  • Handle user access and software provisioning for internal tools
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tech support for campaigns
  • Help streamline processes by integrating tools like Zapier, Make, and spreadsheets

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years experience in marketing or tech ops roles
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, especially automations
  • Skilled in data cleaning and organization
  • Confident with UTM tagging, embed codes, and web tracking setups
  • Experience with automation tools and spreadsheet formulas
  • Strong communicator in remote teams with non-technical colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases
