Responsibilities

• Build daily connections with students through proactive outreach via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email
• Guide learners through the curriculum, reinforcing key concepts and helping them master material
• Monitor student engagement and academic progress to launch timely, personalized interventions
• Deliver prompt, high-quality grading and meaningful feedback to support student growth
• Maintain precise, actionable records of student progress and interventions
• Lead live sessions and support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program
• Ability to obtain teaching certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and learning management systems
• Availability to work a fixed schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, year-round

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience
• 2+ years of online teaching experience
