Responsibilities

• Teach elementary or middle school level mathematics virtually via the Think Academy Teaching Platform
• Manage and engage online classrooms of up to 18 students
• Prepare and deliver lessons using provided curriculum and teaching guidance
• Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to offer personalized feedback

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (STEM or Education majors preferred)
• Ability to commit to at least one year of teaching starting April 2026
• Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and working with children

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior math teaching experience
• Experience in elementary math competition learning or teaching
