Job Description
MaxAccelerate Technology Group is recruiting Maximo for Transportation Subject Matter Experts to support a flagship regional implementation based in the GCC with a clear UAE (Dubai) presence. Candidates will work on IBM MAS 8/9.1 implementations across cloud environments (Azure/AWS) with remote, hybrid or on-site assignments in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide expert input across Maximo for Transportation functional modules
- Drive configuration, setup and optimization for transportation operations
- Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integrations with enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on Azure and AWS deployment models
- Define functional designs, advise on process design, testing, and go-live readiness
- Mentor client teams and transfer knowledge to local UAE stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-border project phases and support periodic travel to Dubai/Saudi projects

- Experience mentoring local client teams and managing cross-country rollouts
