Job Description

MaxAccelerate Technology Group is recruiting Maximo for Transportation Subject Matter Experts to support a flagship regional implementation based in the GCC with a clear UAE (Dubai) presence. Candidates will work on IBM MAS 8/9.1 implementations across cloud environments (Azure/AWS) with remote, hybrid or on-site assignments in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide expert input across Maximo for Transportation functional modules
  • Drive configuration, setup and optimization for transportation operations
  • Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integrations with enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on Azure and AWS deployment models
  • Define functional designs, advise on process design, testing, and go-live readiness
  • Mentor client teams and transfer knowledge to local UAE stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-border project phases and support periodic travel to Dubai/Saudi projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior GCC or UAE Maximo implementations
  • Experience with fleet and vehicle management accelerators
  • IBM Maximo certifications (preferred)
  • Strong transportation asset management domain knowledge
  • Integration experience with ERP and telematics systems
  • Experience mentoring local client teams and managing cross-country rollouts
