Measurement Lead

Responsibilities

• Interpret lift measurement test results and educate GTM stakeholders
• Own high-priority measurement conversations with merchant and issuer partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor on ambiguous, data-intensive customer questions
• Write SQL to investigate performance and validate hypotheses
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and lightweight reporting tools
• Collaborate with Data Science to refine measurement approach and experimentation design
• Identify patterns in recurring measurement questions to improve workflows
• Surface reporting and tooling gaps to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 5–8 years in measurement, analytics, consulting, or partner-facing data roles
• Strong fluency in experimentation, incrementality, and attribution
• Solid SQL skills and experience with BI tools
• Ability to communicate complex analytical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Availability during U.S. core business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adtech, martech, fintech, or marketplaces
• Experience partnering closely with revenue teams
