Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of advertising campaigns, including catalog and product feed campaigns
  • Manage and scale monthly ad budgets of €100k+
  • Increase revenue from paid advertising profitably
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for long-term paid media growth
  • Optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end across major platforms

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid media buying
  • 1+ year of experience managing catalog/product feed campaigns
  • Proven success managing ad budgets of at least €100,000/month
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Google Ads
  • Experience running Pinterest Ads for fashion e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to commit 40 hours per week as an Independent Contractor
  • Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
