Medical Director, Care & Case Management

Responsibilities

• Lead care, case, and utilization management programs
• Set clinical direction and own program performance for CCM and UM programs
• Drive outcomes to ensure programs hit performance and quality targets
• Navigate members to high-quality care and support health education
• Translate organizational priorities into scalable clinical operations
• Ensure programs contribute to clinical outcomes, client commitments, and third-party oversight

Requirements

• Physician leadership experience
• Strong operational background with a focus on program outcomes
• Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity
• Evidence-based clinical approach
• Experience in population health or care management strategy
