Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary physician leader for all physician prescribers (MDs/DOs)
• Establish clinical practice standards, documentation, and patient management expectations
• Partner with Product, Ops, and Analytics to design scalable care delivery workflows
• Lead peer review, case consultation, and first-level physician escalations
• Oversee clinical performance and physician engagement

Requirements

• MD or DO with multi-state licensure in good standing
• Proven clinical experience in primary care, weight management, or obesity medicine
• Strong interest in clinical education, operations, and mentorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medical directorship roles
• ABOM Certification
• Start-up experience
