About the Company

Greenbrook Medical is building the new standard in primary care. We deliver high-touch, relationship-based care through neighborhood clinics, prioritizing time with patients and strong care coordination to improve outcomes for seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and index medical documents with accuracy to support clinical and administrative workflows
  • Apply consistent naming conventions to ensure records are structured and searchable
  • Maintain logs and metadata to support auditing, reporting, and workflow transparency
  • Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and regulatory standards across all record-handling activities
  • Provide authorized access to records to support care delivery and operations
  • Fulfill inbound record requests from patients, providers, hospitals, and payors
  • Support cross-functional information flow from intake to clinical care and billing

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in medical records, administrative support, or data entry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and document management systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and records retention guidelines preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience improving digital filing workflows
  • Ability to proactively identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies
  • Experience in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
