Nuna is building an AI health coach designed to help the 130 million Americans managing chronic conditions. We use motivational interviewing to help patients design experiments that fit their real lives and navigate the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records to ensure patients are a good fit for the Nuna app
• Compare diagnoses, prescription activity, test results, and medical records from various sources
• Reconcile medical record discrepancies
• Support medication management features by reviewing lists for completeness, appropriateness, and potential issues
• Help patients communicate with clinical teams regarding medication experience
• Support the Medical Director in developing programs and processes for patient care
• Assist in the design of future clinical tasks and provide product feedback
• Participate in quality improvement efforts

Requirements

• Licensure in Illinois is required
• Experience in the cardio-kidney-metabolic health domain
• 6 months of clinical chart review experience
• Comfortable learning new technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure in California and/or Tennessee
• Experience with cardio-metabolic care
• Interest in digital health and informatics
• Experience with risk adjustment review of medical records
